Test #1
Hi everyone
So I did my first test of riding; which was to determine whether or not I can maintain a stable heart rate for an hour, thereby indicating my aerobic efficiency and ability to metabolize fat as the prime substrate over carbohydrate. All so knowen as SMART (Stable Maximum Aerobic Threshold). So if I did everything right I can hold 144 bpm heart rate for an hour. I know when I run its around 175 to 178. So by the end of my training I think I’ll be around there.
With all that said I’ve got a 4 hour ride at Stream Canada tomorrow and Back to the Qunite Mall on Saturday to ride for another 4 hours.
